Drum Circle Music : Jamnasium


A Jamnasium is:

  • a setting of musical play, discovery and community.

  • a way to bring people's spirits together in rhythm.

  • a catalyst to take people out of their heads and into their hearts.

What do we learn in this training?

Students learn how to present a wide variety of rhythm-based games and activities including:

  • Drumming
  • Group and Partner Games
  • Movement and Dance
  • Learning Circles
  • Story Telling
  • Drum Circle Facilitation

How do we learn in this training?

Participants learn through immersing themselves in a creative group process. Kalani leads movement, drumming and integrative learning activities, providing the opportunity for students to experience them from the inside out.

Time is provided for questions, reflection and practice.
